1 stalk leek

bay leaf, thyme

Method
In sunflower oil sauté chopped brand and leeks. Pour 2 liters of water, add the peas and spices and leave to simmer. The more time standing and on as a low heat soup becomes more delicious. Serve hot with toasted bread or croutons.
