1 egg
1 pickle
8-12 mushrooms

Method
The meat is formed of 8 medallions that add salt, roll in flour and fry in hot fat. Remove to a warm plate and scatter with a few drops of broth and pepper. The brain is cut into slices, which scatter a little salt and pepper, dip in beaten egg and fry in fat of medallions. Place one slice of brain between two medallions. Mushrooms sauté in oil, add salt, add a little broth and chopped pickle and discharged on the medallions.
