200 g sour cream 24% fat (Schmand)

Peeled and cleaned peppers cut into strips. In a deep pan pour the cream, then add and sour. Stir until a homogeneous mixture over medium heat. Add peppers, pepper and vegeta / salt. Boil for about 5 minutes while stirring. The dish can be sprinkled, optional, with chopped parsley and served with warm bread or buns.
