Pork with apples and honey

Ingredients
1.5 kg pork loin (piece)
3 tbsp sunflower oil
200 ml chicken broth
2 tbsp honey
200 ml apple juice
rind of 1 lemon
3 apples
pinch of cinnamon
salt
Method
The meat is washed and cleaned of excess fat and skins and tied with thread to retain its shape. Fry on all sides in the oil in a deep saucepan with a thick bottom. Court pulls the fire. Add hot broth, honey, cinnamon apple juice and thinly peeled, cut into julienne of lemon peel. Add a little salt. The dish is placed on a low heat, cover with lid and stew about 1 hour and 15 minutes, loins occasionally turns. Add the peeled, cleaned of seeds and cut apples into eighths. Serve stew for another 15-20 minutes. Tenderloin is removed and released from the thread. Cut into thin slices, pour the sauce and serve garnished with stewed apples.

recently offered wishes for recipes with meat and apples, but somehow I can not dare to try this combination. Many years ago in a Hungarian family I ate chicken with some apple sauce was and I remember that I liked.

Olga, courage is. I personally think that is one of the most harmless combinations and very tasty. There where more strange things. Will not regret, believe me.
