Ingredients
1 kg carrots
600 g pork
4 onions
4 cloves garlic
2 eggs
1 cup cooking cream
125 g butter
salt
Method
Carrots sliced, onions - into crescents. Fry in hot butter. Cut the meat into medium sized pieces. Everything is poured into a pot (with fat), add salt and stir. Pour in the cream, stir in the eggs and finely chopped garlic and bake in the oven.
