Pork with chips and cheese

400 g pork MeO
70-80 g chips flavored cream, barbecue or another of your choice
1 egg
2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
salt, pepper and spices to taste
100 g cheese (maybe a little more)

The meat is washed, if large pieces are made of smaller and slightly hammered. Salt and taste. Egg mix with mayonnaise, cheese grated and mixed with broken into small chips. Meat pieces are dipped in egg mixture and pressed into a cheese with chips. Fry over high heat for 1 minute on each side, then put in a baking dish, pour in the oil in which they are fried and roast in a preheated oven 200-210 C for 10-15 minutes.

Today I planned to do this and then share your experience! It seems easy, tasty and original, bravo! BABY, give great recipes, and very affordable, congratulations:-)

I did it, but with chicken. It took me a lot longer than 15 minutes for hens in the oven, but importantly, it was a very tasty! :-)

Yes, BABY, and not only to me:-) And tomorrow I will do something similar, but with ready grilled chicken fillet, which only roll in mayonnaise, egg, and then into the cheese and chips, and bake for a minute I think that will happen so very tasty :)

I did it with ready-roasted chicken bon fillet, just roll them in mayonnaise, egg and then in chips and cheese and zaparzhih 1-2 moments, until cheese is melted and become as breading, were divinely delicious! Not to mention it was a very fast meal :) garnished with rice and vegetables became great lunch:-) Thanks again for the idea, BABY! :-)
