400 g pork MeO
70-80 g chips flavored cream, barbecue or another of your choice
2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
salt, pepper and spices to taste

The meat is washed, if large pieces are made of smaller and slightly hammered. Salt and taste. Egg mix with mayonnaise, cheese grated and mixed with broken into small chips. Meat pieces are dipped in egg mixture and pressed into a cheese with chips. Fry over high heat for 1 minute on each side, then put in a baking dish, pour in the oil in which they are fried and roast in a preheated oven 200-210 C for 10-15 minutes.
