Pork chops with peach

Ingredients
600 g pork chops
4 thin slices of cheese
2 peaches (maybe from compote)
salt
fat frying
Method
The meat is released from excess fat and cut into 4 pots, who crushed lightly on both sides. Leave to maturing at room temperature for 30 minutes. Add salt and fry on both sides for 2-3 minutes withdraw from the fire. On each chop is placed in the peach half and cover with a slice of cheese. Cutlets prepared bake in very hot oven until the cheese is melted. Serve hot with toasted bread.

not tasted this dish, you should do it, it is incredible! But I think that is missing something - maybe that is served on a bed of French toast or mashed potatoes and mushroom sauce
