Pork chops with peppers

Ingredients
4 pork chops
500 g peppers
2 tbsp tomato paste
30 g butter
3 tbsp (30 ml) sunflower oil
1 tsp (5 g) flour
garlic
salt
pepper
Method
Cleaned peppers cut into julienne. Slightly crushed chops sprinkled with flour, fry on both sides in heated butter and sunflower oil, is removed, add salt and sprinkle with pepper. In the remaining oil to fry the peppers, add tomato paste, crushed garlic, pepper and salt and heat. The mixture is arranged in a dish and top put the finished steaks.
