Pork with leeks casseroles

Ingredients
500 g pork
5-6 leeks onion
1/2 cup (100ml) red wine
200 g processed cheese
3-4 field mushrooms
tomato paste
Method
Cut the leek into in large pieces meat and fry in oil, add the wine. All of this is transferred to the crock and bake for 20-25 minutes. Mushrooms fried in a little oil and water, mixed with processed cheese and tomato paste. Then othlupva dish and pour sauce reconstituted. Bake for 10 minutes without cover. Serve with boiled rice or mashed potatoes.
