Ingredients
          pork 700 g
          2 carrots
          3 cloves garlic
          3 tbsp mayonnaise
          1 tbsp mustard
          1 tbsp soy sauce
          pinch of black pepper, savory
          4 tbsp wine
          envelope baking
              Method
              Mayonnaise, mustard, soy sauce, pepper and garlic blend pre-mixed in a bowl. Meat is made prior two slots in length, which poke cleaned carrots. The meat is coated with the mixture sticking to the bag and pour the wine. The envelope is sealed well and bake in a moderate oven for about an hour. Cut and served with a side dish of vegetables.
