Pork on an old recipe from 1924

600 g pork
800 g potatoes
2 onions
2 heads of garlic
1 handful of prunes
5-6 allspice berries
2 bay leaves
10 peppercorns
2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp vegeta
4 tbsp flour
1/3 cup sunflower oil
1 cup white wine
2 cup water

The meat is cut into pieces, which are rolled in a mixture of 4 tbsp flour 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp vegeta, 1/2 tsp pepper. In clay stew put the potatoes and onions, cut into chunks, meat, garlic cloves - peeled, dried plums, allspice, black pepper, bay leaves, red and black pepper, sunflower oil, white wine and water. The lid is sealed with dough on which stuck soaked strips of newspaper to not burn and do not break up. Bake at 180C for 3 hours.

Tasty! Good combination of products and spices and cooked in a clay pot - will get a fine.

I do not believe 1924 to be sold vegeta

glasses, which use are 250 ml. And I think vegeta hardly there, but the recipe is the interpretation of Ivan Zvezdev. I put a homemade vegeta, preferably before finished.
