Pork with olives

Ingredients
700 g pork topside
5-6 onions
1 head of garlic
2-3 carrots
3 dried red peppers
3-4 bay leaves
15-20 peppercorns
20 olives
3-4 tomatoes
50 g fresh mushrooms
70-80 ml sunflower oil
salt
Method
The meat is cut into portions, add salt and stew 20 minutes in fat and less water. Then add other products: coarsely chopped onions, tomatoes and mushrooms into slices - carrots and olives, dried peppers, bay leaves, black pepper and cloves. The dish is covered with water and bake in a moderate oven for about an hour.
