Ingredients
          500 g boneless pork
          3 slices canned pineapple
          100 g of tomato paste
          10 g natural starch
          20 g sugar
          1 tbsp vinegar
          1-2 cloves garlic
          50 ml sunflower oil
          1 tsp salt

          Method
              The meat is hammered and cut into chunks. Fry ten minutes in the heated sunflower oil, then pour in a little water fuzzy starch. Stir several times, drained of fat and ranks in a heated dish. In the same fat, put tomato paste, crushed garlic, salt, sugar and vinegar and confused over moderate heat until a thick sauce. The meat is topped with diced pineapple and pour the sauce.
