Ingredients
250 g potatoes
50 ml cream for cooking
50 g sour cream
1 small onion
1-2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp chives
salt, pepper, cumin

Method
In a saucepan of salted water to boil put the unpeeled potatoes on medium heat for about 20 minutes. During this time, cut the onions, wild onions and garlic very small. Once the potatoes are ready we pour them in cold water to peel more easily. squish them with the press, and if no one can with a fork. Add cream, spices and vegetables, mix everything very well. Once ready, harvesting the mixture in the refrigerator for about an hour to set. Ideal appetizer with toast, pumpkin bread and all kinds of black bread.
