Potato nests filled

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
250 g minced meat
1 eggplant
1 zucchini
2 onions
salt, cumin, pepper, other spices optional
parsley
2 tbsp sunflower oil
Method
Potatoes Peel and boil until slightly soft, allowing to carve. Leave to cool, cut into two halves and dug with a spoon. Fry the onions in the oil, minced meat, grated zucchini and eggplant. Add spices. Fry for about 10 minutes. Add the rest of carved potatoes part. With jacket potato mixture. Bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Finally, sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve hot with sauce of yogurt with dill and garlic optional.
