Potato patties with skinless sausage and white sauce

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
1-2 skinless sausages
1 sprig of green onions or onion 1/2
parsley or celery
3 eggs
30 g butter
savory
# For sauce:
100-150 g feta cheese
200-250 ml milk
30 g butter
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp mustard
Method
Cook potatoes and peel. Are made of paste. Then put the onions chopped skinless sausages, savory and add the chopped herbs. Salt is added 1 egg and everything is kneaded. To make meatballs that are brushed in flour, then in beaten eggs. Optional can be rolled in semolina. Fry until golden. The sauce is made by melting the butter (or sunflower oil) and in it fry 1 tbsp flour and 1 tsp mustard. Stir vigorously. Retired from the heat and add the milk of trickle, stirring. Returns on the stove and add the feta cheese while stirring with wire.
