Potato soup with carrots, leeks and celery

Ingredients
500 g potatoes
2-3 carrots
3-4 leeks
1 clove garlic
2-3 stalks celery
3 tbsp rice
100-150 ml milk
1 egg
pinch of paprika
pinch savory
pepper
salt
1 cube chicken broth
sunflower oil

Method
Carrots, leeks and garlic cut into rings and sauté in the oil with a little water. As soften carrots crushed broth and add potatoes, cut into large cubes. Add approximately 1 liter of water. Once the potatoes are cooked add the rice, savory, red pepper and salt. Cooked rice you remove the soup from the heat. Prepare soup thickener egg, milk, chopped celery seedlings and pepper. Thicken after about ten minutes and serve.
