Ingredients
3-4 (250 g) potatoes
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
1/2 cup (100 ml) milk
30 g butter
4-5 (400 g) tomatoes
parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Potatoes cut into cubes and boil in salted water. Add flour mixed into the milk and grated tomatoes. The soup boil until ready. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and crushed black pepper and served as each portion is placed in 1 tsp butter.
