Ingredients
4 pieces of raw sausage
750 g potatoes
1 onion
1-2 carrots
200 g peeled canned tomatoes
6-7 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp flour
pinch savory
2 cloves garlic
2-3 sprigs of parsley
20-30 g butter

Method
Diced onion and carrot, fry them in 5-6 tbsp sunflower oil. Add the chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper, flour and 200 ml hot water. Wait 10-15 minutes to stew products. Cut the potatoes into eighths and add them to the vegetables soften. Stir, add the sausages and savory, of which we have made cuts. Dolly more hot water, stew for 30-40 minutes on a slow fire under the hood. In a mortar crushed garlic 1 pinch of salt, sunflower oil plume and chopped parsley.
