Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
75 g butter
100 g cheese
3 eggs
1 cup yogurt
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp caraway (not cumin)
1 tbsp flour
Method
Cook potatoes, peel and cut into cubes. Put them in a baking dish, greased with half butter and lightly salting. Milk and yogurt are broken eggs, flour and grated cheese, and the mixture is poured over the potatoes. Sprinkle with caraway seeds and remaining butter and bake in a moderate oven.
