Potatoes with crust of sea salt (Papas arrugadas)

Ingredients
1 kg small potatoes
250 g of sea salt

Method
Peel the potatoes without peeling. Put them in a saucepan and cover water. Put the salt and stir. Boil uncovered until the water evaporates. Pan left on the fire until the potatoes are wrinkled. Shake from time to time with the cover to not burn. Serve immediately in the towel because closed soften again. The original recipe is sea water, but because it may be contaminated is not suitable for cooking. The Canary Islands, originally prepared due to lack of drinking water today are traditional furniture to local specialties - red and green chili sauces, fish BBQ.

Aliana quite original, recipe. Will try.

Today I made them to grilled sea bream with a lot of salad and Guacamole. Salt halved and you have a scab even think that it is better because it had to defer other foods are unsalted.

Over time I came to only 2 in. L. Salt :)
