Potatoes with feta cheese, cheese and cream cheese

Ingredients
2 large potatoes
100 g feta cheese
125 g cream cheese
150 g cheese
100 g butter
sunflower oil

Method
Selects two large potatoes ( the higher, the better). Cook potatoes for about 25-30 minutes. The cooked potatoes are already cut in the middle, so as to obtain 4 medium potatoes. Optional potatoes can be peeled. Carving is part of the core of the potatoes, while maintaining a solid part of the wall. The cavity is filled with a mixture of feta cheese and cream cheese. Top put the butter. So the potatoes bake in the oven for about 20 minutes of heated oven. At the end of cooking grate cheese on potatoes and bake for about 5 minutes so the cheese just melted and not bake.
