Pretzels with feta cheese - II type

# For the dough:
1 cup milk
10 g yeast
2 eggs
1 cup soft butter
1 tsp salt and sugar
flour for soft dough (about 600 g)
# For the filling:
1 egg
300 g cheese

Preheat milk, which dissolve sugar, salt and yeast, add 3-4 tbsp flour, stir well and leave in a warm place to double its volume. Then add the butter, eggs and a little flour until a soft paste. We prepare stuffing as beaten egg and mixed with crumbled feta cheese. Roll out the dough on a floured worktop sheet thickness 4-5 mm and cut glass circles. Each circle put the filling, folded and pressed edges. Arrange in a dry pan or baking paper and brushed with egg yolk. Never let it rest, bake in preheated oven at 180C degrees until golden.

Very delicious and easy pretzels. I made only half a dose and sorry about that. Sprinkled with sesame and black cumin. Are amazing. jacksparrow_bg. thanks for the recipe that share it.
