Pretzels with parmesan

125 g flour
90 g butter
100 g parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
2-3 tbsp water
# For sprinkling:
fresh rosemary, sesame, black white salt, caraway
# spreads:
little milk

All products are combined and mixed well. Roll out the crust thickness 3-4 mm, cut shapes and arrange in a baking dish, covered with baking paper. Smeared with milk and sprinkle with spices. Bake for about 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 180C degrees.

Very tasty oil crackers, thanks for the recipe :) For kneading the dough using a method that always use a shortbread - cold, cut into pieces of butter rub crumbs with flour (in this case the flour with the baking soda and salt + of grated chopped Parmesan), then add a little liquid enough to make the dough, do not interfere, just as it is uniform. Roll out the crust, cut pretzels, put in the fridge for a while and then bake in the preheated oven. Sprinkled with black salt.

Besides delicious, are lightning quick and kneading, and baking. Receive and get involved just like all products and kneading. The oil should be slightly soft to be able to mixtures easier. Also, it is not necessary to fold in the refrigerator before baking. More importantly, however, is that you were pleased with the outcome.

The next time will do as you say. Certainly we were very pleased with the result, not hold and half day :)
