Pudding with feta cheese in Swiss

Ingredients
120 g feta cheese "Grillet" or "Emmental"
40 g butter
3 tbsp (30 g) flour
3/4 cup (150 ml) milk
3 eggs
pepper
salt
Method
Make a light roux of 2/3 of the butter and flour, dilute with milk and boil a little. When the mixture has cooled down, add the egg yolks, salt, pepper and 90 g finely grated feta cheese and mix well. Put them gradually beaten egg whites to stiff, the mixture is poured into an oiled form pudding (20 cm) and bake in a low oven until puddings initial rising and the surface get brown. Shortly before the end pieces are placed feta cheese and allow to melt. Serve the court in which the roast.
