Pudding with vegetables

Ingredients
chicken meat 1
1 cube chicken broth
2 carrots
1/2 head broccoli
1 zucchini
1 cup cooked rice
3 tbsp melted butter
2 eggs
pepper
salt
Method
Cook carrots, zucchini (cut optional), torn broccoli florets, meat and broth. Add the rice, the butter, beat egg yolks, pepper, salt. Finally, with gentle stirring and add the beaten egg whites. Pour the mixture into a buttered baking dish and bake in a water bath for about 30 minutes.
