Ingredients
1 kg roasted peppers
200 g feta cheese
200 g sausage
3-4 eggs
400-500 g yogurt
salt, savory
sunflower oil
Method
Roasted and peeled peppers halve lengthwise and arrange in a baking dish with Greased bottom. On them is dusted chopped salami, crumbled feta cheese and savory. Bake is. When sausage sizzled pour eggs beaten with yogurt and salt. Bake again until browned.
