Quick meatballs potatoes and leeks

Ingredients
500 g potatoes
3-4 leeks
2 eggs
pinch nutmeg
parsley
salt
pepper
Method
Cook potatoes, peeled and grated . Leeks are cleaned, cut into small pieces and boiled in slightly salted water. Then drain well and add to the potatoes with 2 eggs, salt, pepper, nutmeg and parsley. The mixture was kneaded well and it is formed round or oval meatballs. Rolled in flour and fry in preheated oil. Served with season salad or yogurt, seasoned with salt, garlic and dill.
