Random pie with puff pastry

Ingredients
400 g puff pastry
250 g cottage cheese with 40% fat
150 ml milk
4 eggs
10 tbsp sugar
5 tbsp sweet cocoa
1 vanilla
5 tbsp flour
sunflower oil and breadcrumbs format

Method
Beat the egg yolks with the cottage cheese, milk, vanilla and sugar. Add cocoa and then the flour, spoon a spoon. Beat whites of hard snow and confused in the dough without pounding. Form a flexible edge is smeared with sunflower oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Heat the oven to 180 C. Cut the puff pastry into strips. In two of the strips were lined edge of the mold. Pour the dough. Other strips are put face in dough rolled in the shape of circles (see photos). Cake bake 30-40 minutes. Make a sample with a stick. Cool-down is cut like a cake.

in the dough no raising agent, but surely can experiment. After baking, the dough is thick as cheese - stuffed.

Well, not dark, bitter, but what directly dissolves and is ready to drink. A brand is Nestle - Nesquik is their product.

Bravo! We love cakes with cottage cheese and a picture ... very clear, as is cheese that chance-to Favorites, before you even try ... but for the weekend, no way!
