Red peppers with rice and cheese

1 kg peppers
500 g rice
300 g feta cheese
4 eggs
2 tbsp sour cream
1/3 cup yogurt
1 onion
2 tomatoes
1 bunch parsley
2-3 stalks celery
1 tbsp savory
1 tbsp universal spice
3-4 olives
1/2 tsp pepper
6 tbsp sunflower oil
1 cube vegetable broth

Boil the rice. Add the eggs while still hot rice and mix it nice. Chopped onion, 2 peppers into small cubes, tomatoes, olives, parsley and celery. Add it to the mixture. Then put the yogurt, cream, black pepper, the oil and the feta cheese is crushed. All this mix. Peppers are roasted on the stove, good peel and remove the seeds. In a deep pan pour sunflower oil and alternating row rice and peppers row. Finally made broth with 500 ml water and poured, while hot water. Bake in moderate oven at 180C for approximately 25-30 minutes.
