Ingredients
700 g pork (streaky)
1 head of garlic
3 onion
1 cabbage
1 tsp flour
caraway
salt
Method
Cut the meat into cubes and stir with crushed garlic and 2 heads coarsely chopped onion, salt and caraway. Bake only with water, occasionally watered with taking the juice. Cabbage and onion cut into thin, add salt and caraway seeds and stew in a little water. Sprinkle with flour and pour the sauce from the roast. As a boil, remove from heat and serve.
