Roasted chicken liver with mushrooms

Ingredients
1 kg chicken livers
2-3 onions
2 red peppers
1 carrot
300 g mushrooms
soy sauce
1 cube chicken broth
1/3 cup sunflower oil

Method
Chicken livers arrange in a baking pan. Sprinkle with chicken broth and soy sauce on them are the chopped vegetables and top evenly washed by the oil. Gently stir and spread evenly in pan. Bake in preheated oven. After about 20 minutes, when visible livers are browned, with a wide spoon turn and so bake until issuance of water and good baking livers and vegetables. Do not be confused constantly and do not put any water, if we livers remain intact.
