Roasted eggplant with bacon crust below

Ingredients
4 eggplants
150-200 g bacon
250 g cheese
400 g cream
140 g ketchup

Method
Cuts are top of eggplant, then cut into 2 halves. An incision 4-5 places, add salt and leave for 10 minutes. Wash and each section put 2-3 pieces of bacon. Mix cream, ketchup and 150 g grated cheese and eggplants well smeared on top. Heat oven to 190 C and baked eggplants for 40 min, then increased to 200 C, sprinkle in the remaining grated cheese and left for 5-7 minutes.
