Roasted pig - II type

Ingredients
1 little pig
1 cup (200 g) rice
2 onions
75 g butter
100 g raisins
1/2 cup (100 ml) of beer
30 g lard
1 lemon
salt
pepper
paprika
1 tsp (5 g) Cinnamon
1 bunch parsley
1 tsp (5 g) sugar

Method
Piggy washed well, dried with towel and sprinkle with salt and pepper inside. Outside rubbed with cut lemon, lard and paprika. Allow to sit for 30 minutes. Chopped onion fry in the butter. Add sugar and rice. Stew gently. Add raisins, pepper and salt to taste, parsley and cinnamon. Pour a cup of hot water to posvari rice. When filling thickens, filled the inside of the pig dosipva inside another 1 cup water and sutured. Pig is placed in a tray on the vine, is poured hot water and bake during 15 minutes is brushed with lard and pour beer, then the sauce. When browned top, turn and continue cooking until ready.
