Roasted pumpkin stuffed with cream

Ingredients
1/2 baked pumpkin
1 cream Ole * * Dr. Oetker (with vanilla)
400 ml milk
10 g gelatin
100 ml water
5-6 biscotti

Method
Gelatin soaked in 100 ml cold water and swell after dissolved in a water bath (should not boil). Add to the cream (made with cold milk, according to package directions). Add and broken pieces of biscotti. Mix well and the resulting mixture was poured into pre-baked pumpkin. Cool a few hours (until the cream of tightening).
