Rolls of fish

Ingredients
800 g of hake without head
80 g fresh salo
1 lemon
salt
pepper
Method
Fish is cleaned of skin and bones, the fillets are washed, cut into pieces, salted and with salo grind of duty mincing machine. The resulting ground meat was kneaded well and allowed to stand for 5-6 hours in the cold. Then add in minced meat pepper and kneaded again with wet hands. Formed into meatballs and bake BBQ. Garnish with lemon slices.
