Ingredients
          # For the dough:
          350 g flour
          egg 1
          4 tbsp cream
          1 tbsp dry yeast
          2 tbsp sugar
          170 ml milk
          pinch of salt
          # For the filling:
          500 g raisins
          3 tbsp sugar
          juice of 1 lemon
              Method
              In milk Dissolve 1 tbsp sugar, salt and yeast. Dusted with 1/2 of sifted flour, stirred, and the mixture was left covered with a cloth for 1 hour. Then add the remaining flour and sugar, egg and cream and knead dough. Izmesva well on floured surface until smooth and elastic. The dough was covered and left for 1 hour.   Raisins are washed, pour hot water and allowed to soak for 15 minutes. Of lemon juice and sugar syrup is boiled.   On a floured surface roll dough into a thin sheet. Smeared with lemon syrup and top spread evenly drained raisins. Wound on the roll, which is placed in a greased with butter and covered with baking paper tray. Cover with parchment paper and bake in a preheated 180 C oven for 35-40 minutes.
