Ingredients
500 g rice
300 ml milk
300 ml water
4 eggs (separate yolks from whites)
1/2 cup sugar
vanilla 1
2 tbsp butter
Method
Boil the rice in milk and water. When tender remove it from the heat and set aside to cool. Separately, beat the butter, 4 egg yolks, sugar, a pinch of salt and vanilla. Add them to the already up the cold rice, stir and add the good and the 4 egg whites beaten to snow. Pour half of the mixture into a greased cake pan or appropriate tray. Top add chocolate or distribute fruit jam and top up the rest of the rice mixture. Put the cake to bake in the oven at 200C degrees (top must acquire a brownish color and tighten). Remove again and garnish with chocolate spread or jam.
