Roulade of beef liver

Ingredients
500 g veal liver
5 eggs
120 g ham
50 g butter
1 onion
the juice of 1/2 lemon
1 clove garlic
pepper
parsley
salt
Method
Remove the skin from the liver and cut into 4 slices are cooked solid 2 eggs and peel. Finely chopped parsley, eggs, ham, garlic Grind and mix with the eggs, salt, pepper, the mixture is distributed on the liver. Turn at the roulade and fix with a toothpick. Finely chopped onion fry until yellowing in the butter, add roulade and bake 20 minutes in low oven.
