Ingredients
2 kg unsalted cottage cheese
400 g butter
800 g cream
600 g sugar
100 g walnuts
150 g raisins
1 vanilla
Method
The cottage cheese was ground in a colander. Add the butter and the cream, stir well. The mixture is placed on the stove and stir paddle until boiling. Remove from heat and stir to cool. To the cold mass is added sugar, raisins, the walnuts and vanilla, stir nice. Pour into the cheesecloth and leave overnight to drain. Shaped like bread in a suitable container and keep refrigerated until serving.

really is king .. and taste and quantities:-) Maybe maybe half a dose? A is almost as sweet batter ... Try it, it's delicious!
