Ingredients
1 cup beans
1 onion
3 tbsp sunflower oil
3 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
mint
pepper, salt
Method
Boil the beans well, drain water and to it add the sliced onions, mashed with a pinch of salt. Add spices. Stir well and garnish with olives, carrots and pickled peppers.
