Ingredients
          1 head broccoli
          350-400 g Brussels sprouts
          1 red onion
          1 tsp sumac
          3 tbsp olive oil
          juice of 1/2 lemon
          salt

          Method
              Broccoli is broken into florets and with cabbage blanched in water with a little salt. Onion is cut and added to the drained and chilled vegetables. Season with dressing of lemon juice, olive oil, sumac and salt.     * Sumac is an Arabic spice with lemon flavor.
