Salad with oatmeal

Ingredients
100 g of oatmeal
300 g cabbage
2 large carrots
50 g almonds or walnuts
olive oil or sunflower oil
lemon juice
salt
parsley
Method
Oatmeal soaked in warm water for 2 hours. Cabbage cut into thin strips, carrots grated and added to the water drained from oatmeal. Season with lemon juice, olive oil or sunflower oil and salt. The salad is served sprinkled with coarsely chopped nuts and parsley.
