1 head red beet
1 tsp sesame
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp sunflower oil (olive oil)
Beets peel and grate cheese grater in large pieces (required with gloves), also grated carrot and mix with beets. Place in the middle of a plate for serving, remove the rank peeled and sliced cucumbers and tomatoes, cut into slices. Salad add salt, sprinkle with vinegar and sunflower oil, finally sprinkle sesame and serve.
