Salad of red cabbage (Chervona kapusta)

Ingredients
250-300 g red cabbage
1/2 cup sour cream
1-2 tbsp grated horseradish
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
1/2 lemon
salt
pepper
Method
Red cabbage cut into strips, put it in boiling water for a few seconds. Then drained in a colander and rinse with cold water. Other products are stirred and mixed with cabbage. The salad was aged a little and served well chilled.
