Salted buns with bacon - II type

Ingredients
250 g flour
1 tsp (5 g) baking powder
150 g dry greaves
1 egg
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
pinch of allspice
1 tbsp (10 ml) milk

Method
Sift the flour several times with baking powder and salt, add all other products without nods, the milk should be warm (but not hot), and mix a relatively smooth dough. Roll out a sheet with a thickness of 1 cm. Cut out round buns, smeared with beaten egg, scatter with chopped with a little salt and caraway bake to golden yellow.
