Salted layered cake with potatoes and tomatoes

250 g puff pastry
4 tbsp butter
3 potatoes
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
2 eggs
100 ml cream for cooking
50 g feta cheese Parmesan
80 g cheese
5 tomatoes (oblong)
salt, pepper, nutmeg

Wash the potatoes and cook them for about 30 minutes on low heat, add salt just before they are ready. Cool, peel and cut into thin slices. Cut a circle of dough with a size slightly larger than that of the tray (24 cm). Oiled tray, put the dough nabotskayte it with a fork and curl the ends so as to obtain the edge. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and arrange the potatoes on top. Beat the eggs with the cream, Parmesan, half the cheese, cut into small cubes, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour over potatoes and bake in preheated oven at 180 C for about 20 minutes or until the turn pink. Wash the tomatoes and cut them lengthwise. Clean the seeds and leave to drain for a few minutes. Make a slight longitudinal section and place the rest of the cheese stick. Arrange on unfinished cake, spread with butter and finish cooking for another 10 minutes, strengthen the oven to 220 C. Serve slightly or completely cold.

Similar salty cakes and I do, but I add bacon and sometimes close with a second sheet of puff-pastry. It is really very tasty :) Petya, your picture is awesome :)

Thank you lady_LANA, really tasty and can be added to each according to taste whatever he wants, but the picture is not entirely my own because I got the recipe well after I had done the cake, but I wanted to understand how to make the cover of tomatoes cheese, a little complicated to explain.
