Salted Mackerel

Ingredients
4-6 mackerel
sunflower oil
vinegar
sea salt
pepper
bay leaf
allspice
dill
Method
Mackerel is cleaned and washed. The abdominal cavity is filled with sea salt, a few peppercorns and bay leaf. The bottom of the pan put sea salt on her fish and sprinkle with a little salt. So stand in refrigerator 1-2 days and is paid to the other side for another 1-2 days. Cut and put in jars. In each jar add a spoonful of vinegar and sunflower oil and spices to taste. They are ready to eat immediately. It can be stored in a refrigerator (at lower amounts) or jars to sterilize (for larger quantities). Lasts at least six months.
