Salted pretzels

Ingredients
1 cup (200 g) flour
125 g feta cheese, cream or cottage cheese
1 egg
1/2 tsp (3 g) of baking soda
1/2 tsp (3 g) salt
1 tsp (5 g) sugar
1 tsp ( 5 g) Kim
1 cup (200 ml) sunflower oil
Method
The products without the oil, is soft kneading dough. With greased hands shaped pretzels. Fry until browned in the heated sunflower oil in a deep pot with a small diameter, so that the layer of sunflower oil is not less than 4 cm. Can be served hot or cold.
