Ingredients
          2 eggs
          200 fine unflavored cottage cheese
          40 ml sunflower oil
          40 ml white wine
          3 tbsp chopped roasted red peppers
          3 tbsp chopped black olives
          3 tbsp chopped fresh basil
          1 level tsp salt
          150 g flour
          1 level tsp baking powder
          pumpkin, sunflower seeds and almonds for sprinkling

          Method
              Beat the egg foam household mixer and add the cottage cheese. Pour the fat, and then the wine. Add the peppers, olives and salt.   Season with basil, and finally add the flour sifted with baking powder. Mix everything well.   Pour the dough in a baking dish covered with baking paper. Align it tightly and sprinkle with seeds and almonds. Bake the cake in a preheated 170C oven for about 30-35 minutes.   Once cool cut the cake into squares and serve well chilled white wine.
